I am a Pacific Northwest native originally from Snohomish. I completed my undergraduate degree in exercise and sports science from Western Washington University in 2006. From there, I moved to Denver Colorado and completed my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 2009.
I believe that there is no "one size fits all" approach to therapy and work closely to develop an individualized treatment plan to not only help with the current problem, but to reduce future occurrences. My treatment approach is rooted in manual therapy combined with corrective exercise.
I enjoy seeing a varied outpatient caseload including spinal pain, extremity dysfunction, total joint replacements and overuse injury. I also have a special interest in the "dizzy" patient experiencing difficulty with vertigo or other vestibular issues.
While not in the clinic I enjoy spending time with my wife and two children and enjoying the outdoors including golf, skiing, hiking and kayaking.
